Delivery & Shipping

• Shipping and packing is free of charge Australia wide on all items. International shipping is not available at this time.

• Original paintings are shipped in approximately 3 business days so please allow 5 business days for metropolitan areas and 7 business days for regional areas for packing and delivery.

• Orders are shipped on business days only (Mon-Friday).

• Packaging: Your artwork will be packaged securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each piece is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap for cushioning and protection. The artwork is then placed in a thick-walled carton, with additional protective layering to prevent movement and damage during transit.

  Returns

• We kindly request your understanding that due to the unique nature of original artworks, we are unable to offer refunds or returns solely for changes of mind.

• While every care is taken to ensure your painting is delivered to you securely, unfortunately damage during freight does occasionally occur.  If your artwork arrives damaged please contact us straight away and provide photos of the damage (eg., damage to external packaging (take prior to opening) and damage to the artwork/frame itself.

• Before making a purchase, please ensure that you review the images, dimensions, and product description carefully to ensure the artwork meets your expectations.

• Colour variations from different monitors, laptops and devices may occur from what you see on screen. All original paintings are depicted as close as possible.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

• All prices do not include GST, at this stage we are not registered for GST. All prices are in Australian dollars.
