Bush lemon Compote

I love my compote dishes, I have several, and treasured books. Books just have a beautiful vibe full of expectation, of beginnings…  as do lemons from my tree, the start of a beautiful recipe. I wanted the palette to be fresh and serene… and the transient quality of light calling us to appreciate the present moment.
